Following recent work with the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), Risk Doctor & Partners is launching a new service: Failure Consulting. This aims to help individuals, projects and organisations to explore their experience of failure and find a way forward. We've found at least seven types of failure, each of which needs a different approach. Our simple diagnostic helps you understand why you’ve failed (if it’s already happened), or what is causing your current failure (if it’s happening now), or why you’re afraid of future failure (if it hasn’t happened yet). And once you understand the nature of your failure, we’ll help you to take the first step on the road to recovery and success.
